Brittani Marszalek

Biography

Brittani is the Head of Western Zone for Liberty GTS and is based in Southern California. Prior to being appointed as the underwriting manager for the Western United States, she was a Senior Underwriter and focused on underwriting and negotiating transactional insurance for mergers & acquisition transactions across various sectors. She also has extensive experience as a corporate attorney, having advised private equity and corporate clients across a range of sectors, including food, finance, life sciences, entertainment, media and healthcare on both public and private transactions. Prior to joining Liberty GTS in 2018, Brittani was a corporate associate at Winston & Strawn LLP and previously practiced at Goodwin Procter LLP and at DLA Piper LLP. Brittani received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, and a Minor in Middle Eastern and North African Studies, from The University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and her JD from Columbia University Law School in New York. Brittani is admitted to practice law in New York.
