Biography
Prior to joining the Liberty GTS team in 2022, Charlie was a corporate associate for four years for the international law firm Linklaters. Charlie specialised in M&A, corporate restructurings and corporate governance matters for a range of clients across a number of industries and sectors. He has worked on both domestic and multi-jurisdictional transactions for a variety of clients, including corporates, financial sponsors and banks.
Charlie graduated from the University of Manchester with a bachelor of laws degree (LL.B) and BPP University after completing his LPC.
