Biography
Evan is an Underwriter based in San Francisco. Prior to joining Liberty GTS, Evan worked in the private equity and mergers and acquisitions groups at Paul Hastings LLP and previously practiced at two leading Canadian firms focusing on public and private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and capital markets transactions. Over his career, Evan has focused on finding practical, commercial solutions to help private equity firms and corporate clients complete an array of complex M&A transactions, including carve-outs, divestitures, spin-outs, add-ons, and transformational acquisitions. Evan holds a BA in economics from Cornell University and a JD from the University of British Columbia. Prior to attending law school, Evan worked in investment banking at two leading bulge bracket banks.
