Biography
Geoffrey is the Regional Manager, APAC for Liberty Global Transaction Solutions and is responsible for leading Liberty’s transaction liability practice in the region.
Geoffrey specialises in underwriting transaction risks including warranty and indemnity (W&I) insurance relating to mergers and acquisitions. He is one of the most experienced W&I practitioners in the Asia Pacific region with over a decade of active underwriting of M&A transactions throughout Asia, Australasia and South Africa.
Geoffrey’s previous role based in Hong Kong was to establish and grow Liberty GTS’ transaction liability practice in North Asia and prior to that working at international law firm DLA Piper in their corporate/M&A practice in Sydney and London.
Geoffrey is admitted to practice as a lawyer in New South Wales, Australia.
