Biography
Prior to joining Liberty GTS as an Underwriter in the M&A team in London in May 2023, Inés was a junior associate at the London office of leading Spanish law firm, Cuatrecasas Gonçalves Pereira, within the Corporate M&A team, where she specialized in Spanish cross-border M&A transactions. Before that, Inés was part of the Cuatrecasas’ Banking & Finance team in London, participating in direct lending financing and refinancing transactions.
Inés completed a Bachelor’s degree in Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science at Universidad Autonoma de Madrid before graduating from Kings College London with a Master of Laws (LLM) in Financial Law. Simultaneosly to the LLM, Inés also completed the Master’s degree in Law to qualify as a Spanish lawyer (abogado) from UNED, and was admitted to the Spanish Bar
