Biography
Jesse focuses on underwriting and negotiating transactional insurance for mergers and acquisitions across various sectors. He has a background in international transactional law and pricing international intercompany transactions. Prior to joining Liberty GTS, Jesse worked on Ernst & Young’s transfer pricing team planning and implementing international intercompany transactions and previously as an analyst at the law firm Wilson Elser. Jesse received his LLB in International and European Law from the University of Groningen and his advanced LLM in European and International Business law from the University of Leiden in the Netherlands.
