Biography
Kaihui is the Head of Tax, APAC, based in Singapore. Kaihui’s focus is on tax risks arising across the Asia Pacific region, including those arising in an M&A context and other specific transactional tax risks.
Prior to joining Liberty GTS, Kaihui was a Senior Manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers Singapore, specialising in Financial Services Tax. She has a focus on international tax advisory and broad experience advising on areas such as the various tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions and corporate reorganisations. Kaihui has a Bachelor of Accountancy from the Nanyang Technological University of Singapore.
