Biography
Keshaya is a senior underwriter and the GTS South East Asia Lead in Singapore, focusing on M&A insurance in the Asia Pacific region. Prior to joining Liberty GTS, Keshaya was called to the Singapore Bar in 2016, following which she joined the Corporate and Securities team at Baker & McKenzie as an associate. During her time at Baker, she worked on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, with a focus on cross-border M&A and corporate restructurings. Keshaya holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Business Management from the Singapore Management University.
