Marc has extensive experience as a corporate attorney representing private equity and corporate clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Liberty GTS, Marc was a corporate associate at Hogan Lovells LLP and previously practiced at Stikeman Elliott LLP, where his practice focused on cross-border M&A. Marc received his BA in history and political science from the University of Western Ontario and his JD from Brooklyn Law School. Marc is admitted to practice in New York and in Ontario, Canada (inactive).
