Biography
Mila is an Underwriter based in Liberty’s New York office. She has extensive experience as a corporate attorney, having negotiated and advised on corporate, private equity and leveraged finance transactions. Mila is a seasoned practitioner in complex cross-border M&A transactions, including bridge loans and general corporate governance matters. Prior to joining Liberty GTS, Mila was an Associate in the Corporate Departments of Wiggin and Dana LLP, Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP and Hogan Lovells LLP. Mila earned her BA at Duke University (majoring in Spanish and Latin American Studies as well as Comparative Area Studies) and her JD from University of Miami School of Law where she graduated magna cum laude. She is admitted to practice in Connecticut, New York and Florida (inactive).
