Sonia Isaac

Biography

Sonia is the Tax Insurance Manager, London, in the Liberty GTS Tax Liability Insurance team. Sonia previously worked in PwC Australia’s corporate tax team before taking an in-house tax role with a multi-national gold mining company in Australia, where she provided support in relation to corporate tax and transfer pricing compliance and advisory, as well as various tax controversy matters. Since moving to the UK in 2017, Sonia has assisted leading the M&A tax workstreams on a range of corporate and mid-market private equity transactions, most recently as an Associate Director in Deloitte’s M&A tax practice. Sonia is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia and New Zealand and is admitted to practice law in the state of Western Australia.
