Stephanie Wang

Biography

Stephanie is the Head of Strategic Operations and Underwriting Excellence within Liberty GTS. She is responsible for driving underwriting excellence within Liberty GTS by facilitating training, promoting underwriting consistency and ensuring that Liberty GTS’ policies and underwriting decisions are on-market. Stephanie has over six years’ experience as an M&A underwriter, including having led GTS’ EMEA Emerging Markets practice for the last four years and underwritten deals from varying jurisdictions and sectors. Stephanie is a qualified lawyer and accountant and has worked in the M&A space since 2008 as well as having worked as an in-house tax manager at a publicly listed financial services company in New Zealand. Stephanie speaks both Mandarin and English.
