Biography
Timothy is a Tax Underwriter based in Singapore. Timothy’s focus is on tax risks arising across the Asia Pacific region, including those arising in an M&A context and other specific transactional tax risks.
Prior to joining Liberty GTS, Timothy was a Manager in the Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Tax team with PricewaterhouseCoopers Singapore. He has a focus on taxation matters relating to M&A and has experience advising on areas such as the international tax planning and structuring. Timothy holds a Bachelor of Accountancy with a Finance second major from Singapore Management University and is a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA).
