Biography
David is an Underwriter based in Liberty’s New York office, where he focuses on underwriting complex transactional risks across a number of sectors. Prior to joining Liberty GTS, David served as a Director on the Investment Banking team of Oberon Securities, where he originated and executed transactions in the consumer, retail (eCommerce), healthcare, and IT (SaaS and tech-enabled services) industries. Prior to Oberon, David was a member of the in-house M&A teams of Marubeni Corporation, where he focused on diversified industrials, and Covanta Holding Corp., where he focused on renewable energy project finance. David received his BA in History from the University of Michigan and his JD/MBA from Fordham University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
