Biography
Steven is an underwriter in the Contingent Legal Risk Team. Prior to joining Liberty GTS in 2024, Steven was a litigation associate at White & Case LLP and Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP in their New York offices, where he specialized in complex commercial disputes. He has litigated cases successfully in federal and state courts throughout the country and has ample experience representing clients in breach of contract, securities, and shareholder class action suits, among others. Steven served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Dora L. Irizarry, the former chief judge of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. He has a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a B.A. from Columbia University. Steven is admitted to practice in New York and the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
